PRIVATE OR SHARED LIVING?

HWC provides whole home or individual room rentals with shared common spaces. We will never overlap officers with enlisted personnel and will not mix genders unless requested and coordinated in advance. Please contact us to see how we can best accommodate you based on availability.

WHAT IS THE COST TO STAY AT HERKWORK CRASHPAD AND HOW DO I PAY?

HWC charges the current reimbursable TDY lodging rate. We accept personal debit and credit cards as well as government travel cards. You will be provided with an itemized daily rate receipt for your lodging along with a paid receipt for your government travel card on a monthly basis to submit to DTS.

WHAT IF I REFER OTHERS TO HERK WORK CRASHPAD?

Here at HWC we rely on former and current tenants to refer our crashpad to other service members. As a thank you, we offer an incentive for these referrals. To receive credit, please make sure any new tenants list your name on the initial contact form, found here.

WHAT IF MY TDY DATES HAVE CHANGED?

We understand your start and end dates may be delayed and or extended. We are flexible to accommodate your stay without penalty!

CAN I BRING MY PET(S)?

HWC is pet friendly. Pet fees do apply.

WHY STAY AT HERK WORK CRASHPAD?

HWC is owned and operated by a military service member and a spouse. It was during our last TDY to LRAFB that we quickly noticed a lack of furnished, short term rentals for the TDY community. As a military family ourselves we understand what is necessary to make your temporary duty station as comfortable and seamless as possible and are proud to offer our crashpad as a home away from home for you.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

HWC provides all furniture, linens, utensils, appliances, and cleaning supplies. All you need to bring is your toiletries, food, and personal items.
